• Accounts must be registered in your own legal name — not a nickname, alias, or another person's name.
• Your payment methods must be registered in the same name as your winpkr18 account.
• winpkr18 reserves the right to request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any time, including a valid government-issued ID (CNIC, passport) and proof of payment method ownership.
• Account information changes — particularly mobile number and email — must be verified before they take effect and may require identity confirmation.

All financial transactions on winpkr18 — including deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals — are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the transaction process. winpkr18 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit stated in these general terms, though product-specific limits may apply for certain game categories. winpkr18 does not charge any deposit processing fees, though your mobile wallet or bank may apply their own transaction charges which are outside winpkr18's control.

Withdrawal requests are processed by the winpkr18 finance team. For Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals, processing is typically completed within one to three hours of a valid request being submitted. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within one business day. winpkr18 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500.

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment accounts registered in the same name as your winpkr18 account. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• First-time withdrawals may require identity verification (CNIC copy or equivalent). This is a one-time requirement and subsequent withdrawals are processed without additional documentation.
• winpkr18 reserves the right to carry out enhanced due diligence checks on any withdrawal request, which may temporarily delay processing.
• Funds deposited via a specific payment method are generally returned to the same method where technically possible.
• Deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal request can be processed. Deposit amounts that have not been wagered on any bet cannot be immediately withdrawn — a minimum wagering activity is required.

All bets placed on winpkr18 are subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules published on the relevant section of the platform. In the event of a conflict between these general terms and product-specific rules, the product-specific rules take precedence for that product category.

A bet is considered confirmed and binding once you have received a bet confirmation from the winpkr18 system. Unconfirmed bets — for example, bets that were interrupted before a confirmation reference was issued due to a connectivity issue — are not considered placed and no liability is accepted by winpkr18 for these. If you are uncertain whether a bet has been placed, check your bet history before placing a duplicate.

The minimum bet stake across all winpkr18 sportsbook markets is Rs 200. Maximum bet limits vary by market, event, and competition and are displayed in the relevant betslip at the time of placing. winpkr18 reserves the right to apply lower maximum stake limits to individual accounts based on account history or market conditions without prior notice.

• Odds changes: Sportsbook odds may change between the time you first view a market and the time you confirm your bet. If the odds have changed at the point of confirmation, winpkr18 will display the new odds before you complete the bet. You may choose to accept the new odds or cancel the bet.
• Void bets: A bet may be voided if the event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not reach a sufficient stage for an official result, or if a market was incorrectly priced due to a technical error. Voided bets have the stake returned to the player's wallet.

• Errors in odds: winpkr18 reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a system error, data feed failure, or human input error. Players who knowingly exploit incorrect odds may have their accounts reviewed.
• Parlays and accumulators: In parlay bets, a voided selection is treated as a non-runner and the parlay is recalculated with the remaining valid selections. A parlay containing only one remaining selection after voids will be settled as a single bet.

• Multiple account registrations or account sharing

• Failure to complete required identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable timeframe
• Suspicious financial activity that triggers anti-money laundering obligations
• Receipt of chargebacks or payment disputes from a registered payment method

Upon account closure, winpkr18 will review the account balance and transaction history. Depending on the reason for closure, any remaining balance may be returned to the registered payment method after deducting any bonuses or winnings subject to forfeiture under these terms. In cases involving fraud or deliberate policy violation, the full balance may be voided.
